If the land for your home build hasn’t been sourced, we can help you find suitable land in Chatham, ensuring it meets the criteria of your desired home build. If you’ve already purchased your land, prior to designing your home, we will complete a review of your location to ensure that all the services and connections needed are present.
Custom Blueprints/Home Design
We have our professional Architect/Designer on hand to design both the preliminary and final building plan for your new home project. At this point in the planning stages, we work closely with our clients, ensuring your home build remains within your budget. Along the way, we provide you with contracts, blueprints, as well as costings, timelines, work orders, and any warranty information.
Planning Your Home Construction Phase
We arrange a meeting with our team, discussing all the details of your home build. We also provide you with a complete listing of our favoured suppliers where you can choose from a variety of interior finishes and exterior products.
Periodical scheduled visits are completed at your building site, allowing for review of the finer details. At this stage, changes can be made during the development if desired.
Occupancy & Final inspection
During this time, we complete a final walk through with you and our team. When we’ve completed the walkthrough of your home, we provide you with warranty papers, manuals, and any important information to your newly built home.
